3. When mixing, generally use a forced mixer, dry mixing 2-3 minutes, add water appropriate amount of clean water wet mixing 3-4 minutes out. The castable shall be released immediately after mixing, and it is strictly prohibited to mix in the mixer for a long time.
4. Timely construction, the longer the storage time of the stirred castable, the worse the construction performance. It is forbidden to put the fireproof castable back into the mixer and remix it with water.
